Welcome to the Island Savings Centre
As part of the CVRD, we are one of five public recreation centres in the Cowichan Valley. Located near the Trans-Canada Highway and across from the Cowichan Secondary School and the Cowichan Aquatic Centre, the Complex includes: a 12,000 square-foot multi-purpose hall, a 1,400 seat arena, a 731-seat performing arts theatre, various-sized meeting rooms, a regional library, dance studio, and is home to the world’s largest hockey stick and puck.
