Emergency Alert
Cobble Hill Age-Friendly Assessment
About the Project
The CVRD is exploring the age-friendliness of Cobble Hill Village and potential of a seniors/mixed use development on the Cobble Hill Common site, in the heart of Cobble Hill Village. As a component of the necessary background research, the Cobble Hill Age-Friendly Assessment was undertaken during Fall 2012.

Under the direction of a Community Steering Committee IPS Island Planning Services together with Gamella Design were recruited to lead the study, consult with community members, prepare recommendations to enhance the age-friendliness of Cobble Hill Village and provide development options for the Cobble Hill Common site.

The final Cobble Hill Age Friendly report can be viewed here: Cobble Hill Age Friendly Report.
