Policies
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm dates and times with the Cowichan Ticket Centre at time of purchase. There is no admittance to the Cowichan Theatre without a ticket. Babes in Arms are not permitted in the Theatre for adult performances. For approved performances, the Cowichan Ticket Centre will issue a complimentary Babes in Arms ticket for a child 24 months old and younger. Special Needs: Please advise the Cowichan Ticket Centre of any special needs when ordering your tickets. A limited number of wheelchair seating is available. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Manager. No audio or visual recording devices are permitted in the Theatre House. Please turn off cell phones, pagers, watch alarms and other noisemakers during performances. Only water purchased from the Theatre Concession is permitted in the Theatre. No other food or drink may be taken into the Theatre House.
