From early years and youth to adult and elder programs, we've got something for everyone!

Early Years Programs

We have a variety of programs to get you and your little ones ages 0 - 5, moving, learning, and having fun! Our early years programs include kindergym, music, dance, sports, crafts and skating.

Children Programs

We offer a wide variety of programs for children ages 6 - 12. Run, jump, play, laugh! You have lots to choose from for your kids including dance, martial arts, music, education, sports and activities.

Youth Programs

We have recreation programs designed to get youth out, active and having fun in a rewarding community setting. Meet new people, explore a new hobby such as dance, music, martial arts and crafting. We also offer a variety of computer and video game programming courses that kids love throughout the year.

Adult Programs

We are pleased to offer a variety of recreation programs for adults. Programs range from arts, crafts, music, dance, general interest, technology, outdoor recreation, sports, health, nutrition and language studies.

Elder College

We invite all individuals ages 50 or better to join us in a program designed by you for you. Share knowledge, learn new skills and develop yourself in a friendly and welcoming environment. Elder College is based out of the Cowichan Community Centre and features an expansive program line-up with opportunities ranging from fitness and computers to music and outdoor adventures. All of the programs are put on by great volunteer instructors and overseen by our committee.
