Fitness Schedule


Fall 2017

Stretch and Strength Fitness has been cancelled from Nov 13 - 29. Classes will resume Dec 1.


Drop-ins are welcome to fitness classes that are currently running. Please call the Shawnigan Lake Community Centre 250.743.1433 for the most up to date information and new fitness classes. Programs do not run on Statutory holidays. Please take a look at the various fitness programs and schedule at Kerry Park Recreation.
