The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is hosting a series of "Soil Bylaw Public Consultations". These Public Consultations provide an opportunity for the public to learn more about the approaching Soil Bylaw and have an opportunity to discuss with staff ideas and interests. The open house format public consultations will provide the public with opportunities for questions and discussion.
