The CVRD is accepting proposals from qualified proponents for hydrological modeling, impact analysis, consultation and design services for a Sh-hwuykwselu (Busyplace) Creek culvert replacement at Miller Road. This project will provide an impact assessment and design for an upgraded culvert to support the safe passage of the 200-year return period flood to provide emergency access along Miller Road to the TransCanada Highway.
