This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Aggregate Material Processing as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The CVRD is seeking to divert aggregate type materials including non-laminated glass (e.g. window glass), mirror glass, porcelain sinks and toilets, stone and porcelain tiles, ceramics and china, from landfill and invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for processing all or any of the listed materials. The aggregate material should be processed into a reusable product for emerging or established markets.
