This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Cowichan Valley Trail Culvert Conditions Assessments, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Culvert Condition Assessments are required for approximately 100 culverts located on the Cowichan Valley Trail from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. The data collected will be used as part of the CVRD’s Asset Management Plan, and long-term capital and strategic plans.
