This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the McKean Road Watermain Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The scope of work generally includes the installation of watermain along McKean Road and associated side streets and cul-de-sacs between Gregory Road and Worthington Road in Shawnigan Lake, B.C.
