[ARCHIVED] CVRD Proposes Financial Contribution Service for Affordable Housing

The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) Board is considering a bylaw to provide an annual financial contribution to the Cowichan Housing Association to assist with costs related to affordable housing.
